Have your order form to the office by 11:00 am on Mondays. Pick up is by 11:00 am on Fridays. Summer orders will be taken the following Mondays: June 14, 28, July 12, 26, and August 9. Regular weekly orders will begin on August 23.

If you have a favorite retailer or restaurant and would like them to join TRIP as a local vendor, please give them a TRIP order form as an example of how the program works and ask them to call Nilda or submit the appropriate contact person's name and phone number to your TRIP Team and we will give them a call.
The Tuition Reduction Incentive Program is available to ALL school families regardless of income. Families earn tuition Credit when they purchase gift certificates/debit cards to be used at local and national vendors. The vendors that participate in this program are ones from whom many people normally buy various products and services. If you are already spending the money, it will benefit you financially.
Ankeny Christian Academy purchases the gift certificates/debit cards at a discount. Your family will receive the tuition credit when you purchase the certificates from the school (not when you spend the certificates). The gift certificates and percentage of tuition credit varies by retailer, anywhere from
2%-25%. On the order form beside each vendor name you will find a percentage. This is the total percentage that the vendor will give directly to the school. Then ACA keeps 30% of the savings to cover the cost of the program and your family will receive 70% of the savings as a tuition/lunch credit.
BUSINESSES: If you own a business or have family and friends that have businesses you could be a wonderful help to them. Many businesses give gift certificates as gifts/bonuses/incentives to their employees. You could help by ordering the gift certificates though ACA TRIP. The money you earn will be applied to your child(rens) tuition! If you would like us to contact them, please call Jane at 515-965-8114!
Relatives and friends can also participate on your family account. Many of the retailers on the list are national vendors. The application form can be used for you or for additional people on your account. Fill out the form and order form and return them along with your first order payment.
Your family tuition or lunch account is credited every month. If you should leave the school, your credit will be transferred to the ACA scholarship fund and you will NOT be issued a refund. By IRS laws, no cash can be transferred (only credits) in the program.
To order, complete an order form and attach cash or a check for the total dollar amount that you are ordering. Bring your order to the office by 11:00 am on Mondays. Another adult or your student can bring the order in but it must be dropped off in the office box.
Orders are ready to be picked up each Friday, by 11:00 am. You may choose to pick up your order in the main office yourself or you may choose to have another adult or your student pick it up for you. Remember, these gift certificates are like cash. Anyone who picks up the order will be asked to sign for it. The school is not responsible for your order once it has been signed out. If you cannot get to the office before it closes, you may request pick up from the Preschool/Child Care Office.
The only draw-back to this program is remembering to plan ahead! Participating families can earn over $25-$1,200 a year using this program!
Do not expect retailers to give change when using paper certificates. Try to have your purchase amount meet or exceed the certificate amount. Read the Retailers/Merchants Policies on the certificate for any rules or restrictions that may apply. This list is also available at www.glscrip.com under the "Retailers" section.
