Dress Code Updates and Conduct Code Reminders

REMINDER OF DRESS CODE UPDATES AND CONDUCT CODE ITEMS: As noted last week there will be a change in our dress code for next school year. The following has been added: No sleeveless shirts or dresses, or tank tops may be worn alone (a sleeved garment must be worn at all times). Neckline cuts must be modest.

As a reminder to conduct codes, those in ACA policies are enforced throughout the summer. During the summer months parents are encouraged to evaluate facebook and text messages of their children. Our goal should always be to obey the Scripture that says, “And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him” (Colossians 3:17, NIV). In the best interest of the entire school community certain guidelines of conduct must be maintained by all students of Ankeny Christian Academy, both on and off campus throughout the entire calendar year, so that we might all live and work happily together.
